Discounted Shipping Costs

All Essential Rewards orders qualify for reduced shipping costs. Members pay a $7.75 US / $9.75 CAN flat shipping fee on the order's first five pounds and just $0.70 per additional pound for ground and IGD shipments to Canada and the US1. For air shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Essential Rewards members pay a $12.50 flat shipping fee on the order’s first five pounds and $1.25 for each additional pound.

Becoming an Essential Rewards member is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Enroll as a Young Living Independent Distributor / Wholesale Customer or Preferred Customer online at my product website or, over the phone, call me at 732-295-4597.

If you are signing up online through my product website, follow the prompts for the customer type you have chosen. Then, choose your favorite Young Living oils and/or products totaling at least 50 PV, and your processing date in the optional "Essential Rewards."

Redeeming Your Essential Rewards Points

After you have been on the Essential Rewards Program for two months you can begin to redeem your points, or you can let them accumulate so you get a large box of free product- the choice is yours.

You pay only for tax and shipping.

Note: You must redeem your Essential Rewards Points within a year as the will NOT roll-over to the next year. I highly recommend redeeming your Rewards Points every 4 months for free product.

To Redeem Essential Rewards Points: You will need to phone Young Living at 1-800-371-3515 to redeem your Rewards Points. Young Living does keep track of how many points you have earned and the Customer Care Representative will gladly look up to see have many points you have earned.

Is there a minimum I need to purchase monthly to get the Reward Points to redeem towards FREE product?

Yes. In order to earn points towards free product you MUST have a minimum monthly Essential Rewards order of 100PV. (Curt: be sure the font style is uniform, don't know why it has changed in this email)

How do I sign up for the Essential Rewards program?

You can sign up in one of three easy ways.

Is Essential Rewards only for Independent Distributors?

No, distributors and wholesale customers can participate in the program and save 24% off retail prices.

Can I change the items in my Essential Rewards order and still receive all of the benefits of the program?

Yes. You can change the items anytime. It is recommended to change the oils and products you get each month so you can experience many products and oils. You can make changes to your Essential Rewards order up to 24 hours before your processing date.

Can I make changes to my Essential Rewards order online?

Yes. You can make changes to your Essential Rewards order online anytime by logging in to your Virtual Office. However, to cancel your order, you'll need to contact Customer Care at 1-800-371-3515.

Do I need to submit the Essential Rewards agreement before my Essential Rewards order ships?

You have one of two options regarding this:

Earning Points

How many points do I earn for my Essential Rewards order?

The first six consecutive months, you receive points worth 10% of the PV of each Essential Rewards order. The second six consecutive months, you receive points worth 15% of the PV of each Essential Rewards order. At 13 months and beyond, you receive points worth 20% of the PV of each Essential Rewards order.

If I cancel my Essential Rewards order, do I lose my points?

If you cancel your Essential Rewards order, you forfeit all your unused Essential Rewards points and your monthly participation in the program is reset to zero. You also forfeit any points earned on products that you later return. If you must cancel your Essential Rewards it is recommended you call iYoung Living and redeem your points before canceling.

How soon can I redeem points that I earn?

You earn points the minute your order is shipped. You can redeem points anytime after you've participated in the program for two months.

When redeeming my points, do I go by the dollar amounts or the PV amounts in the price list?

When redeeming Essential Rewards points, use the PV amount rather than the dollar value. For example, if you have 50 points, you can redeem them for any product with a PV value of up to 50 PV.

Can I use my points for promotional products, such as the 10% off monthly offers?

You can buy any regularly available products at regular price as part of your Essential Rewards order, but you will not receive the discounted pricing if the item is part of your Essential Rewards points order. Some promotional items may not be available for purchase using Essential Rewards points at all. Contact Customer Care at 1-800-371-3515 if you have questions about specific items.

Do my Essential Rewards Points need to be redeemed within a certain period of time?

Yes. You need to redeem your Rewards Points within one year. After one year you will loose any not redeemed points. You can redeem a maximum of 350 Rewards Points per month.

How do I get the discounted shipping rate?

All Essential Rewards orders that weigh up to five pounds and are shipped ground within the US or Canada qualify for the flat shipping rate ($7.75 US/$9.75 CAN). Heavier orders are priced at an additional $0.70 US for each additional pound thereafter (in the Continental US and for FedEx Ground shipping only). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship for a $12.50 flat fee for the first five pounds and $1.25 per pound thereafter (FedEx 2-day air only). Can I select other shipping/transportation methods?

No. Young Living uses FedEx for shipping all orders and does require a physical address for delivery. But the $7.75 flat shipping rate is available only on orders shipped using FedEx Ground (the $12.50 is rate only on orders shipped FedEx 2–day air to Alaska or Hawaii). You will need to contact Young Living for more detailed information on shipping.

Note to Canadians: To obtain the least expensive shipping costs and no customs costs be sure to choose "IGD" as your shipping method during your ordering process.

My First Aid Tip

Wound infections & Hoof Thrush

I have successfully used Thieves Essential oil blended with Oregano & Clove to treat both superficial & deep lacerations & infected puncture wounds on both myself & my horse.

I have also successfully used Thieves Foaming hand soap to clear up & rid the horses hooves of Thrush, in my case with 1 application.

I recommend Young Living's Lavender Soap

My Pet Tip

Bunny Rabbits, Sore Hocks & wound abscess

Rabbits are very sensitive to most medicine, & very little is available for them for infection. With our 2 rescue rabbits with severe splay legs that will battle sore hocks & necrotic wound abscesses for life, I have successfully used the Thieves Spray to treat & resolve both necrotic wounds, abscesses & sore hocks while providing pain relief at the same time. I apply the spray 2 times daily to affected area until infection is resolved. I personally have seen amazing results within 24 hours.

My Household Tip

Managing Laundry with a sick household member

We currently use Thieves Household cleaner to wash our laundry in. I have found that adding 1 capfull of Thieves household cleaner to the laundry not only makes the laundry smell fresh & invigorating, it removes any unpleasant odors, left behing germs, bacteria and virus left on clothing or bedding.

Initially I used it with our regular laundry detergent. Now I use it in place of regular laundry detergent. I love the results, and illness does not seem to spread through the house the way it used to.

My Kid Tip

Fever management in Children - Reducing Body Temperature

Our family is successfully using Peppermint oil to manage fevers and that over all feeling of being hot. If someone has a fever, we use Peppermint oil on the soles of the feet, as well as spray the back of the neck and knees with diluted Peppermint Oil water. This not only makes you feel better, but we have personally seen the fever reduce itself by 2-3 degrees in a short amount of time, as it reduces your body temperature. No over the counter fever reducers were needed.

This tip can also be useful to reduce your body temperature when you find yourself in a hot environment, like waiting in line outside of an event. Just spray the back of your neck and knees with Peppermint Oil water, also applying to the soles of your feet if possible. You should feel relief almost immediately!

My Emotional Release Tip

Hope, Harmony, Tranquil, Peace and Calming for Stress Relief

Instead of grabbing a prescription, or over the counter product to combat a strssful day with resulting headache, I now grab Young Living essential oils.

I use Peace and Calming, along with Release and Tranquil, on a daily basis to combat the stressful events of the day. Depending on just how stressful, or how bad the stress headache is, I also apply Young Living Essential Oils Harmony and Hope as well.
